Neccus support desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We
are available at any time to respond to any questions or support issues you may
have.
Our normal office hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday. The office is closed
at weekends. We observe all national
holidays.
Existing customers may also login to the the member's area to submit a ticket to anyone of our departments. click here to be redirected to the member‘s area. Call backs are also available to all existing customers. Please include a call back number within the tickets.
